**DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL** This hotle is completely misleading. This is NOT a five star hotel. *Many items in the hotle need repair. *The rooms are not as they are show in the pictures. *Much smaller than shown. *The "hot tub" is just a bath. * You will get NO SLEEP, there is people outside your window all night. Once restaurants and bars close in the late night, there will be garbage collection etc happening from early morning. *The windows are not glazed and so the noise level is very high. *The balcony is very small, you can not stand freely on it. Hotle staff are misleading. We paid 50 euros (that they wanted in cash as they did not accept card) for a private airport transfer run by the hotel. The transfer did not come and only after making a big fuss in the lobby infront of the other guests did the staff decide to take action. The staff of the hotle promised to get us a taxi to the airport (as their private transport failed to show up) they also promised to issue a refund for the cash we had given. The hotle asked for my WhatsApps details so they can organise a refund. After no contact from the hotel I reached out to one of their employees who was responsible for booking excursions and asked that he pass my info again to the hotle. Still no contact from them. The money is not a big deal but its the dishonesty and lack of responsibility that is irritating for a guest. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTLE. IT IS NOT A FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE. THE STAFF ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY. THE HOTEL IS NOT FIVE STAR

This hotel well situated for first time visitors to Istanbul, minutes from the busy Istiklal Street and near the metro. The hotel lobby looks quite impressive, but the rooms do not match any perceived expectations. The rooms are cramped and airless. The dining room used for breakfast is awful. Organised chaos, with average selection of food, but no staff replenishing the buffet. Housekeeping and front of house staff are helpful.

A big disappointment. We have made a reservation three months ago for a wheelchair accessible room. We made all the appropriate confirmations but when we arrived they informed us that due to an organisational mistake they have given the wheelchair accessible room to other guests and that we have to stay for a night to a regular room!! We had to check 6 to 7 different rooms in order to find only one that the wheelchair could just go inside and be able to go inside the bathroom. We stayed one night in this room which was so difficult for us. Next day we got the wheelchair accessible room but the bathroom did not had the appropriate handles and the bathing seat was completely unstable. We managed to stay for the next days since it was not easy to move to another hotel. Moreover, the breakfast was not good. Very low quality and you had to try very hard to find a table since the hotel was full with not enough tables. Room was small with no ability to move at all with the wheelchair. Also there was a bad smell all the time from the plumbings in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and tried to help us as much as they could but for a wheelchair user this not the appropriate hotel. The location for tourists is very good.

Hotel well located right outside tram station, rooms clean/modern, very comfortable bed, hot shower, Tv with some english channels lots of extra incl tea making 🥰. Staff excellent especially the reception staff and also Serife excellent housekeeping.
